River Truth cross-references official sewage data against the Environment Agency's lab tests. The picture sharpens when paddlers, anglers, swimmers and boat dwellers report what they're seeing on the water — foam, smell, dead fish, visible discharge.

Confirmed reports are added to the Truth Engine and surfaced on the relevant overflow / sampling-point pages within hours of approval.
