River Truth gives the council a page for your own stretch: every spill from the overflows near you, how long it ran, the rain beforehand, and the Environment Agency's own sample results. When a resident asks, you send the link. When you write to the water company, you quote their own data back to them.

River Truth shows what the record says: recent spills nearby, river levels, rainfall and lab results. If your members take their own readings, we line them up against the official figures so they can see what their work shows. It won't tell you the water is safe. It tells you what the record shows, so you can decide.

You're planning homes in a catchment where sewage capacity is already a planning issue, and objectors will quote spill numbers at committee.
River Truth gives you the same record they're using, overflow by overflow, with rainfall and permit context, so your team knows the facts before the meeting rather than during it. Where you need a formal report with full chain of custody, that's available as a separate service.
